Our programs give young athletes access to high-level training and personal development, regardless of financial barriers. Through year-round opportunities, we pair skill building with intentional mentorship to help athletes grow in confidence, discipline, and leadership. We focus on sharpening fundamentals, nurturing character, and guiding young people to reach their potential both on the court and in life. At the heart of everything we do is a supportive community that empowers youth to learn, connect, and thrive.

  • Skills training follows a carefully curated curriculum created by Larry Hughes that builds strong fundamentals through structured drills and clear instruction. Athletes develop their ball handling, shooting, footwork, and game IQ in a supportive environment that pushes them to grow with confidence.

  • Team Play teaches athletes how to make smart decisions and play the game the right way. Players develop spacing, communication, and game awareness through structured practices and have the ability to apply those skills in games.

  • Mentorship at DPP gives kids trusted role models who believe in them, guide them, and hold them accountable. Through consistent encouragement, real-life lessons, and positive relationships, young athletes build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the court.
